    Hey there guys!

    I need your knowledge and experience on this one.
    Forging is fun and bodkins are a great way to start.
    But i would like to make more kinds!
    Does anyone have experience forging other types and have pictures to show the steps in the process of making one?

    Hey there.
    Problem is, arrowhead smithing is quite exotic.

    And those who are able to do special ones keep the production process secret (cause they earn Money with that).
    But basically, if you find a normal smith, he can tell you how to forge things with different designs and dimensions.
    Put a socket on the other end and done.

    This might help in some way, these guys sound like they know abit about forging and working metal but more importantly arrowheads but my guess is like many things is that arrowhead forging/smithing would be a trail and error process hence why arrowhead smithers would keep there techniques to them selfs.

    Hey, I was wondering about this as well. I was thinking of making some so was looking for tutorials myself.

    Seems like a fairly simple thing to make, no real tricks to it. Seems most people don't talk about making them because their simple and not that common or popular.

    Bodkins is great fun, but the diamond shape broadhead would be soooooo much better!
    I do have a book about forging wich has shapes that come close, maybe i should post a picture and we can add a socket like the bodkin.
    But i wonder about copyright..........
