Would anyone happen to know the types of Crossbows used during the Hundred Years' War?

Also pictures of late middle ages crossbows.

Read Payne-Galley's The Crossbow, Chapters 9 - 21. Available online free. Lots of illustrations and information.

Thanks, I was just looking at it and it seems like an informative book, I'll keep in mind.

If you can find an affordable copy or find it at a library, read The Great Warbow by Hardy. It has a LOT of info on the crossbow!

Lots of info online like this site: http://fourriverscharter.org/projects/Inventions/pages/europe_crossbows.htm
It seems that in this time period people started out using the wood prod crossbows and some 30 years later invented and started using the more powerfull steel prod crossbows. So just about anw y type of early medieval european crossbow would be 'period correct'!
Dont think the fancy german sporting bows woumjmd have been used. If u stick with all wood or steel prod 'war'-bows u should be fine. English favored the longbow so u should be looking at french or flemmish style x-bows. But then again, both sides seem to have made use of many allies wich also include bohemian region so there is a lot to choose from!
