    Thanks!  I especially like the shaping on the trigger and stirrup, something I'd like to do a repro of some time.

    The nut seems very porous in the center, but also looks like it got use.  I don't know if there are pins in the fingers.

    I love those old composite bows, they look so huge. That sear contact surface looks tiny! I always allow for more for safety, I suppose they had pretty strict tolerances and working knowledge. The nut does look pretty porous, makes me feel twitchy looking at it.
