    2nd Crossbow Project

Post by kersht on Thu Sep 11, 2014 6:03 pm

Here is the transformation of a refurbished crossbow I bought on eBay. I love the stock of this older handmade bow, so elected to re-do it and make it hunting ready. This link details in photos and captions the process as I updated and made shootable this crossbow.

Kersht: Nice bow you've got there.  In case you wondered, this is one of a number I have encountered over the years, that appears to have been based on plans published in Popular Mechanics, back in the early 50s.  Have fun refurbishing everything!  Geezer.
