    Hi looking for ideas on cutting grooves to install wood fletching
        Any ideas for a jig ??

    Why not try getting a block of wood putting a hole through the end in middle of it the same diameter as the bolts. Then on two of the sides cut out two slots for the fletchings?

    The two slots on the sides of the jig is to guide whatever you are using to cut the grooves for the wooden flights.
