    Greetings, all,

    I've been making knives and other workshop projects for the last 15 years or so, lately I've been involved in medieval re-enacting and have started back in the archery game. Crossbows always appealed to my mechanical side, so I'm excited to try building one!

    Daniel,
    Welcome, there is a lot of informative posted here, the people are quite helpful. You will find everything from first builds to research on exact replicas.
    As an aside there sure seems to be a lot of us Western Canadians here.

    Western Canada is a great place. Spent a year in Alberta and my parent lived in BC for a several years. always love getting out there.
