Hi, All: Was looking on YouTube for videos and came across this one:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aLTwmOrJTzA&feature=related

Does anyone recognize the manual the guy is looking at? Looks to be German or Dutch to me. Could be Swahili as far as I know, not much of a linguist.... Sad

    Drive,

there's a window at 3:50 that says "full manual for all crossbow-constructions by Amazon ISBN 978-3-00-029776-2 engl/duetsh"

When I plug that info into amazon I don't get anything.

However, searching "armbrust" in Amazon.de gets this book. http://www.amazon.de/Armbrustbau-Bauanleitungen-mittelalterliche-Armbr%C3%BCste-construction/dp/3000297766/ref=sr_1_3?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1302187105&sr=1-3 The trigger of the bow i=on the cover looks like the one in the video.

Mac: Thanks for the link. I wish I could read German. I suppose I can guess my way through it. Also, thanks for the info. re. "Power-Tuff". I wrote an email to Don Forrest at Gordons and hope he will set me straight about what is available. In any case, I'll let you know what happens. Once again, Thanks.... Wink

    Glad to be on assistance.

The info on the book claims that it is in both German and English.
