Nice build Joerg...and...you're a brave man.

I was really hoping there was room for a cheek rest. Not so much for
improving the mount and accuracy(although these are beneficial

), but to serve as a barrier between the
face and the moving components. I know there isn't much danger, a band slap in the face at worst, but still.
Thank you for sharing your work with us, I like the rollers a lot starting from the hollow "V" slingshot and now this. Really looking forward to your forum developing and wondering what wicked slings your guys will present. You're quite an inspiring fellow and definitely leave plenty of room for others to get in on the fun - took me a while to figure why you build things leaving room for improvement

.
And I know there will be quite a few people who will experience the same thing I did when first hearing a Crossbow reference made, but considering it was done primarily to avoid issues with the law...I take an approach of understanding over tradition. I hope others are just as understanding.
Guys, don't negative rep the man.
- Calling them Rifles would be just as unorthodox *if not more*.
- Ever hear someone depreciating a crossbow by calling it a "crossgun"? same thing with a slingshot...it doesn't become a gun when you add a stock and a trigger...it simply becomes a crossbow with an alternative means of accelerating the projectile.

Thank you all for hearing me out...please go on building the weapons that your hearts desire.
