    Introduction

Post by noyloj on Tue Dec 20, 2011 6:44 am

    Hello there,

I'm new to this forum and thought I would introduce myself, as courtesy dictates!

I am interested in making strings bolts and crossbows for hunting at some point in the near future.

My background is basic carpentry/metal fabrication with a bit of electronics and physics thrown in...

    Learning lots here already!

Welcome, I am a hunter myself. Did not think there were many places to hunt in Europe.

What kind of crossbow were you thinking of building modern or old style?

Welcome from me, as well. Sounds like you have a skill set that will serve you well in arbalist design and construction.
