I think this is the correct place for this crossbow, if not could the Mods move as appropriate?

I found this wrist crossbow and it looks amazing, in design. Is it something that is build-able AND functional?

I have to finish one project before starting another! Smile

But as it looks, would it even be a functional design?

    Rave,

I understand how one can get a project log jamb going. I have started fabrication on pieces on my build, taking photos along the way and will reveal at the appropriate time. That appears to be a fascinating future project, however. I'm not sure I understand how to follow the string system. I get that it is a compound affair, but where does it get its power....... springs, prod and which string hooks into the string release? Geezar, Dane, Ivo, AboMickey, or Todd could chime in on this one.

This is my best guess on it...

    Raven,

As good a guess as any! Like you say I'll stick to my current project, a lot simpler.

If you're still interested in this, Raven, I'd jump on to help you right after I finish this current class project.
