Arsenal Palace of the Grand Master -

Post by jds6 on Sun Aug 19, 2012 7:05 am

Greetings everyone. Just searching the net this morning and came across a Russian forum with a picture gallery of the Arsenal Palace of the Grand Master in Malta. It has some great pictures. Quite a few of crossbows. Check it out, www.tforum.info/forum/index.php?app=gallery&album=699.
Maybe these crossbows were used in the siege of Malta? Are they Italian bows or Spanish? If anyone checks this out and has some knowledge of some sorts, it would be helpful. Thanks in advance!

Thanks Mike, my same thoughts too. They (crossbows) are very much like the Padre Island bows. Thought it was interesting.
