So this one I just finished, haven`t even shot it yet.
Started it while waiting for parts for my first bow. I wanted a light weight, wooden prod x-bow and I finally succeeded. Five attempts to get a bow that actually works.
Specs: 3.25lbs all up, pin notch release, tiller- Larch/walnut butt/maple rail, 30" long, prod- red oak(took 2hrs sifting through some lumber to find a suitable pc), 38" ntn, backed with linen canvas, 3.25" braced, 7" draw and measures 80lbs.
This project was definitely a challenge for me, being so new at this craft. I think from this point on, I should be able to knock off wooden prods a little easier now that I kind of know what I`m doing.
I guess next will be a mini x`bow for indoor shooting, wooden prod of-course.
