    Crossbow Parts Empty Crossbow Parts

Post by displayit Wed Feb 27, 2013 10:24 am

Recently I received a crossbow that dates back to early1900's The string that is attached to the leaf spring is very worn and needs replacing. Can anyone direct me to a supplier that either produces them or has them in stock?
    Thanks,

Your best bet is probably a custom crossbow string maker. If you search "custom crowwsbow string" on EBay and ignore the Chinese junk, you'll find several folks charging under $20. Problem is, you're going to have to know the approximate draw weight, plus give them the dimensions of the old "worn out" string.
