    Hello everybody.

I am interested in crossbows / armborst.

I am Swedish, so you native English speaking people are kindly requested to forgive me for my lack of proper English language.

I have a military education in the form of conscript service in the former Royal Swedish Artillery Regiment A1.

Crossbows had an important role in old Swedish history. I am mostly interested in historical crossbows, but modern ones too to some degree.

I would like to recieve and give knowledge in this forum.

    Best Regards / Bästa Hälsningar

Välkommen, Bo!  Lots of good things to learn here about both historic and modern crossbows.  The Skåne lockbow is very famous and there are several examples both old and new.

Your English is certainly good, and we will only tease you a little when you make mistakes:D

    Welcome Bo,

You might soon understand "proper English" is lacking and "crossbow" is the dominent language.
    Enjoy !

If you tease me for my mistakes in the English language, I will take it as education, and I will thank you for it.
