Afternoon everyone,
I have only got the water buffalo horn inlays left to prepare, and am now facing the glue-up. The spine inlays and table, nut re-enforcement and binding eye re-enforcement are all bone, the decorative inlays are stag-horn (antler), the remaining inlays will be water buffalo horn. I was going to go with hide-glue; is this a good choice or is there a better modern alternative? Also, I haven't toothed the inlays yet but I am intending to do so, is this necessary?
Thanks,
Andrew
