    Hello crossbow enthusiasts!
I am an archery instructor currently residing in San Francisco and have spread my bowed wings into crossbows. I hope to learn much from the wealth of wisdom and experience evident here.

    Cheers!

Not really a welcoming bunch here it seems! It's strange to see the post views and no replies.

Hello Clancy;  You have too remember ,we are not all retired. Most folks have to eat yet. Have patience, they'll come along. OH and by the way WELCOME. This is the best group of people that are crossbow nuts. Also there are some real experts also. Have fun and enjoy. And, don't be afraid to ask any question. There is no such thing as a dumb question. I want to add that there is a fantastic search function also right on top of the page.

I'm on here virtually every day, and I don't remember seeing the OP.  My bad!  I usually welcome newcomers.

I just may put that no dumb questions thing to the test! But thank you, I hope to get a lot done this summer as my first child comes in the fall and all my free time will be consumed, I am pretty sure.

Welcome. I also started with longbows/recurves but my interest branched into crossbows so I can experience all archery has to offer.

(Except for compound bows, bleh, no thanks)
