    How long should the Distill end off the trigger be ? The part from the pivot pin to the sear in the roller nut. would 75mm(3 inches) be ok? my build is only 110LB draw

    Yes, 3 inches (76 mm) will do just fine.

    The one on alchem's page is 2 1/4" from the pivot hole to the end of the tickler.

    I just hung a trigger that was 2 inches from pivot pin to the sear.  You could get away with less.  Geezer.
