I found this while looking through....
"Margret I , Regent of the North, the Kalmar Union 600 years" It is an
exhibition catalog from the National Museum of Denmark , 1997.

It is erroneously described as a "long bow", but the length (89cm) tells us what it really is. The text describes the section as a sort of flattened oval or "D", but I don't trust the author as to be abel to distinguish the back from the belly. I am presuming that the bow is deflexed, and the flat is on the convex surface.
There are very few finds of this sort, so we should take joy in it!
