Ali,
looks like you need an arrow pulling aid. You could buy one, or do what I do: find an old bicycle inner tube and cut a strip out of it, wrap it tight around the shaft you want to pull as close to the surface of the target as possible. It will give you enough grip to pull the shaft without bending it or stripping off the fletches.

Or make a target back stop. A burlap bag stuffed tight with old plastic bags and other light plastic scrap will stop most arrows and allow two finger removal. Cheap and effective.

70-90 meter shooting
Temporarily drow wight is 140 lbs. after up to 180-200 lbs.
5 shoots. 2 arrow in target.☻
this crossbow now ( in this video ) is not complated made.

و اینم عکس امروز؛ فعلا زیر رنگ خورده اما این رنگ اصلی نیست برای رنگ اصلی از رنگ متالیک مخصوص استفاده میشه بعد روش پلی استر یا روغن رنگ ماشین میخوره؛ قنداق کاملا ضد آب هست. ضربه گیر ها هم موقت هستند ریل دوربین هم هنوز تست نشده اما احتمالش زیاده نیار به هم محورکردن باشه، ریلو دیشب ساختم، خلاصه اینکه تقریبا تمومه یه رنگ میخواد و یه ریزه خورده کاری...
